Bürkert Solenoid Valves

Solenoid valves are used to control, dose, distribute or mix liquids or gases.

Our range can be used for a wide variety of industries and applications, from breweries and laboratories to medical, biotech and space technologies. Some application examples:

  • High pressure
  • Vapor And Fluids At High Temperatures
  • Water
  • Aggressive Chemicals
  • Contaminated fluids
  • Cryogenic Sector
  • ATEX Classified Areas

Principles of Operation:

  • Direct operated valves (shutter or anchor)
  • Servo-assisted valves (which use direct operated valves as a pilot)

The valves with direct operated shutter are suitable for use with neutral and clean fluids, while the anchor valves offer excellent reliability for the control of aggressive, contaminated or corrosive fluids, thanks to the use of a separation membrane.
The operation of the servo-assisted valves is mainly determined by the pilot, which uses diaphragms for liquids and gases and piston, with seals for higher pressures and steam.
Our technical sales department is available to study the suitable solution for specific applications, once the characteristics of the process have been studied, such as: fluid, pressure, temperature, connection, Kv, power supply.
